Very short day, in fact this could be the shortest day in Poi where anything happened!


Day 43 Extra:
Brie grasps the situation:
- Brie's seen examining the oversized cleaver, and is able to figure out Killer Kay owned it. Buuuuuut she examines it further via Goggle Eye to see if she's missing any details.

Day 44:
A little jealous, are we? The dreamer's sinister secret!:
- A very short scenario where Rai tells Anxo about why his Cardinal Magic has not been at full power.
- We also see that another pyramid has to be constructed to properly enable use of Ils-Neo, Iota, Spectra, and Cardinal.
- We also learn that Anxo's time away in the tournament could vary.

Work! Fix your damn Clock:
- Clock's still not properly fixed at Cron's work, so the boss chews out the guy he put in charge of fixing it.
- Otherwise pretty simplistic work day. Cron does ask to have his schedule changed for next week though.

Cron creates the Silver Poikittie Legacy Gambling Ring. Err I mean:
- Cron asks Anxo about the gambling rules in the tournament, and how to advertise the bet placing.
- Anxo tells him to go check with the newspaper, since he's not really the best person to approach about that kind of stuff. Legality also plays a slight issue in this scenario.


Important:
- The first scenario is a IC explanation of why such powers aren't at 100%. The OOC explanation is to keep things relatively balanced for the first half of Poi as all four can be extremely powerful if operating at 100%.
- Anxo does not help people who cause evil to happen. This is precisely why he refused to assist Ophelia during EPIC First.
- The Poikittie City Chronicle isn't very strict about what can and can't go in its classifieds section, hence why Cron had no trouble at all getting an ad in the paper.
- Every Vagabann "tribute" day has a preview, because I actually recall doing previews for Vagabann late in its run. The one for Day 45 was done in the style of Vagabann's previews.


Shoutouts/Refs:
- Having written Bit's story (Neo Knights) before, the ref commentary intro was a twisted version of the one from the Prologue:
Neo Knights Prologue:
"Its 1329, not long after an incident involving the duke Sizaro and his sister Malessia occurred. The entire principality and its kingdoms are now at war with each other, trying to find out who the hell was behind such an evil incident…
But a certain person stands out from this chaos…"
Poi Day 44 Version:
"It's 1986 P.E., not long after an incident which led to Mr. McDaniels becoming the Principal. The Principal and the resto f the academy are at odds with each other, as people try to find out who gave the Principal his power...
But there are people who stand out during this chaotic period of time..."
- The first scenario's title is a twist on Neo Knights' Chapter 8 title (A little jealous, are we?)
-- Picked this to fit Anxo's probable annoyance of not having some of his abilities at full power.
- While Anxo and Cron are talking, an ad for "Circus Circus" is playing on TV. Circus Circus is a hotel/casino located in Reno, Nevada and also Las Vegas.
- "Fate!! The cross-universal grudge!!" is an unintentional shoutout to Mega Man ZX's Model W fight music title: Fate - Deep-Seated Grudge
-- The real basis was the lyrics to Timeranger's OP, where "Fate!" is mentioned. But really it is hard to classify shoutouts for this.
- Well Jake, Tammy never forgot Kraken especially if Mori's style is in play:
"NYMPHOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO~!"
